Research: We conduct applied research to gain a better understanding of the opportunities and challenges afforded by the digital age.
Learning: We deliver programmes that help people develop the digital and human skills they need to adapt and thrive throughout life.
Impact: We support people to grow and reach their full potential. We provide businesses with a capable, agile and adaptable workforce to drive growth.
Unlike many other organisations, we don’t focus solely on either research or action - we do both. We carry out both primary and secondary research and involve potential beneficiaries in our work from the beginning. That way, when we run our programmes we know they have been user-designed and we are able to monitor and evaluate their effectiveness. We always work with long term systemic solutions in mind.
We work to inspire and engage people from all ages and backgrounds to ensure that nobody is left behind in our rapidly developing digital world.
To do this, we deliver a number of learning opportunities and training courses based around the regional digital skill shortages we have identified in our research.
We are passionate about social equality, learning and supporting others to learn.
If you are interested in the research we are conducting, think you could benefit from one of our learning programmes, or would like to get involved in our work, pleaseget in touchtoday.
