Recruiting Software Developers and Data Analysts is expensive and demand far outstrips supply. Due to a 10% increase in vacancies organisations in; Swindon, Bath, Bristol and the surrounding areas have felt the talent shortage acutely.

Women are also grossly under-represented in the technology workforce, at only 17%. We are working with employers to use their Apprenticeship Levy to retrain existing staff and to recruit new Software Developers and Data Analysts from more diverse talent pools.

We are proud to be working in partnership with the Harvey Nash Future Skills Programme to deliver Level 4 Apprenticeships in Software Development or Data Analytics Concepts.

How it works for employers:


Training in the latest Software Development and Data Analyst methodologies can be delivered through a 12-week intensive bootcamp at a beautiful location in Corsham, Wiltshire, or at client site, with monthly follow-up training and development.

The Futures Skills Programme trains ‘Futures’ in the latest Software Development and Data Analytics tools and methodologies, giving them the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to thrive in your development or analytics teams.

The programme offers training in Java, C# and JavaScript, SAP, Qlik, Hadoop and Microsoft BI; with ongoing training and support tailored to the needs of your business. Including technical, commercial and personal skills such as communication, stakeholder management, time management, and responding to and giving feedback.
