Between the 4th and 19th of February, to coincide with Safer Internet Day, we hosted Corsham Institute’s first Safer Internet Festival and delivered a host of events aimed primarily at children and young people. Some of the events also offered families and members of the wider community opportunities to get involved.
The events were designed to give young people opportunities to learn about new technologies, be creative with technology and understand the importance of privacy online. These aims are aligned with the three strands of our Children and Young People programme: digital skills, digital creativity and digital safety.
